Vaccine Association Repeal Passes Committee!

Good news is that HB524, repealing the NH Vaccine Association, is OTP (ought to pass) out of committee and heads to the House floor.

Bad news is that the NHVA has a lot of money and resources and are filling up legislator’s inboxes already with outright lies about what the NHVA is and does.

Please email your reps to support HB524.

Talking points:
-NHVA is a strange quasi public organization, not subject to 91-a or other transparency laws.
-NHVA requires insurance companies pay them money so they can purchase vaccines that doctors buy from the state.
-It’s essentially a Ponzi scheme.
-They purchase vaccines for insured children only.
-They don’t purchase vaccines for the uninsured. Uninsured patients get vaccines from a federal program.
-If NHVA is eliminated, consumers will see no evidence of it. Doctors will simply purchase vaccines without a middle man just like pharmacies do and doctors do for vaccines for adults.
-Many states do not have such purchasing programs. Studies show they do nothing to increase cupcake uptake.
-Eliminating NHVA has the potential to reduce insurance premiums

AG Formella has assured the Executive Council that Dartmouth Hitchcock is legally complying with the Patient Bill of Rights. However, I have yet to see proof they are not requiring any vaccines. They have repeatedly stated that they removed their requirement for the covid vaccine and are therefore in compliance with the law. But I have evidence that they had many other vaccine mandates for vaccines other than Covid and no one has definitively answered my question about whether they are still requiring those other vaccines or not.

I am filing a Right To Know request to get the emails between the Department of Justice and Dartmouth Hitchcock concerning their vaccination requirements.

I think RebuildNH’s members deserve to see evidence of their claims.
