I am a single mom, home owner, and small business owner. The impact to my business from the stay at home order has been significant. I am responsible for providing work and income for three independent contractors. Because of the shut down, we have continued working outside but have had no interior work. That has caused serious income decline for me and my subcontractors. We all have mortgages to pay and mouths to feed. If this continues, our losses will be devastating. Let workers go back to work, earn their living and feed their children. Despite what the media would like everyone to believe, there is a waiting period for the SBA small business loans, and we are floundering. We need and want to work! Let us do so!
