✅ Signed Into Law
HB1268 – The Home Education Freedom Act. Makes New Hampshire the best state in the country for homeschooling and secures a lasting win for parental rights.
HB1698 – Banning Digital ID. Bans the state from ever requiring a digital ID.
HB1584 – Vaccine Exemption Notification. Requires notice of religious and medical vaccine exemptions so families actually know their rights.
HB656 – Transparency in Federal Education Grants. Shines a light on the strings attached when federal money flows into NH classrooms.

📜 Became Law Without Signature
HB1219 – Ending Foster Family Vaccine Mandates. Protects NH foster families from being forced to vaccinate as a condition of fostering.
HB1448 – Banning World Economic Forum Curriculum. Keeps WEF-aligned material out of New Hampshire classrooms.
Both bills are now law even without the Governor’s signature — a win is a win.

💔 Vetoed
HB396 – The Food Freedom Act was vetoed by Governor Ayotte, despite the fact that it would have meant more local, accessible food for NH families and small farmers.
Here’s the good news: HB396 passed both chambers with supermajority support, and we have high hopes of overturning this veto. Stay tuned for action steps as the override effort moves forward.
