It’s really good news when fake news “journalists” have to resort to libel and fabrication about RebuildNH’s efforts.
That means that Gov. Sununu thinks we’re winning, which we are, and he’s brought out the political hacks to do his dirty work to try to take us down a notch. The good news is it’s not going to work, because the People of New Hampshire are smarter than that. They know the good work we’ve done over the past 18 months and they appreciate our efforts, whether they’ve taken the vaccine or not.
Freedom for one group now is freedom for another group later, and Granite Staters care about each other’s freedom. Mandates are the problem, and everyone who loves liberty knows there is no place for force in a free society.
There is very little in Michael Graham’s NH Journal article that even resembles accuracy. You can read it here for reference, though we don’t advocate believing a single word of it. Again, it’s fake news. Please note, I absolutely love the life that God gave me and would never have said anything remotely like this hack has quoted me saying.
RebuildNH has put out several statements about the events discussed in Graham‘s fake-news article. You can read our response to Graham’s first fake-news article here, and also below. You can read about the governor’s unjust arrests here. You can read our statement about the Executive Council’s decision to vote down the $27 million in federal dollars that would have given up state sovereignty, here. And you can read our rationale for opposing the funds here.

Please be advised that RebuildNH is aghast, completely thrown back and 100 percent opposed to the protest at Majority Leader Jason Osborne’s house yesterday. RebuildNH had absolutely nothing to do with these efforts, despite reports to the contrary. The NH Journal article in reference amounts to libel and is the type of slimy journalism that people who support good governance and fair reporting have always been against. This article completely delegitimizes the credibility of the NH Journal.
We have asked for a full retraction of the article since it contained so many mistruths about our organization. More specifically, “reporter” Michael Graham linked RebuildNH to protests that we had nothing to do with and he linked us to a document shared with the Legislature that we had nothing to do with, using both to disparage us. His clear purpose was to discredit us due to our recent successes. Graham, the “reporter,” should be ashamed of himself and should offer a full apology.
Please also note that our Telegram channel, @ReopenNH, is the only official source for RebuildNH information on Telegram. The “ReopenNH Discussion Group” is a PUBLIC group that captures comments on the channel’s official posts, and it can also be posted to by those who have joined that public group. No posts from individuals within the discussion group reflect the views of RebuildNH. It is a PUBLIC forum.
Regarding the protests at Majority Leader Osborne’s home, to call this action politically naive is not strong enough a rebuke. I have instructed leaders to permanently remove anyone from our groups who brings up such protests at anyone’s home, but this completely imbecilic act requires immediate rebuke of the highest level! Jason Osborne has fought harder for our issues than any other leader in the whole of government. To protest at his house is like stabbing yourself in the stomach. It’s politically moronic. I don’t care what he said in a private message to a handful of you. It’s irrelevant. I care what he does publicly, and his public support has been unparalleled for everything we care about.
Regarding protests at Sununu’s house. While I admit that Gov. Sununu is our political enemy, protesting at his house is wrong. Jesus said “I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.” (Matthew 5:44-49)
Anyone who calls themselves a Christian should not be protesting outside people’s private homes. It is out of bounds, not loving in any way, and completely counterproductive to everything we’re trying to do. If you’d care to remove yourself from our efforts because you disagree with me, that is fine with me. I don’t want to build a movement of ANTIFA-style protesters. I want to effect change for the better and restore our freedom. I cannot do that with people who are protesting at private homes and completely destroying everything we’re trying to do. You have no idea how difficult it is to change things for the better. What you are doing is making things worse and harder for everyone who is fighting for freedom. I cannot stand by any longer and be silent on this. What you are doing is wrong and it needs the highest level of rebuke!
Chairman Andrew J. Manuse
I am proud of your response to the so called journalists attempts to discredit you and your organization. I believe you are so right at drawing that line and trying to enact change with civility.
What your organization has achieved is like a light at the end of this long dark tunnel of tyrannical bullying by our own government.
I grew up in NH and most of my family still lives there. I, unfortunately, live in NY and have watched as a despotic Governor has stripped us of our freedoms “for our own good”. We get rid of that cancer only to have it replaced with his female twin. It’s enough to break a persons spirit.
Please keep fighting for what is right for all Americans and I’ll pray more people follow your lead!
Live free or die! Always!
The worst part is that the people who know the truth probably aren’t reading Michael’s articles anyway. It’s the people who ARE reading his articles and who are believing him, without any other sources or checking, that troubles me. They are taking what he says as factual, truthful, and accurate.
What an absolute mess our world, country, and state are in, and when people can spout such nonsense without any documentation or validation, you end up with a tangled mass of incomprehensible and undecipherable facts, lies, truths, opinions, biases, fictions…
As far as the “I would shoot myself first” … Maybe English isn’t Michael’s native language, but that is an idiom for how vehemently a person opposes something. It is a saying that I am certain I have used (or something similar) in the past, although I probably wouldn’t say it now due to various experiences. When I was growing up, though, statements like that were not unusual. It was a way to express serious disagreement with something. If someone DID use that expression/idiom to describe their total opposition to the clot-shots, I would understand their meaning. That aside, the fact that a “reporter” can put words in someone’s mouth without verification is appalling.
Did Michael have a personal conversation with Andrew where he claims to have heard Andrew say that?
Is Michael basing his allegation on hearsay?
Is Michael simply making this up out of thin air to malign Andrew?
Can a “reporter” really just spout anything he pleases that aligns with his agenda, and get away scott-free? (Oh, sorry… another idiom/saying/expression, so Michael probably won’t understand the meaning of that…)
It is bad enough to have to fight wickedness and evil in government. Add to that the biased (and apparently unsubstantiated) “news” reports, as well as trying to stay distinguished from other groups that support liberty but endorse in-your-face activism, and you get this convoluted mess, which takes time, effort, focus, and resources away from the problem at hand.
I sure appreciate all you’re doing, Andrew. It does appear that Michael is on the Sununu “team” and not on the side of liberty.
The comment that I actually made was completely misinterpreted, but I did not use the words that you have posted in your comment nor the words in Michael’s article in any way shape or form because the very concept of suicide is anathema to my fundamental belief system.
I agree. And thank you for all your unceasing labor on all our behalf – sorting through all the noise and condensing it into articles we can all read and get the pertinent info without investing the hours and hours I know you are putting into this.
