This bill requires affirmative, opt in consent for the Youth Risk Behavior Survey. Unfortunately the bill has a committee recommendation of ITL (inexpedient to legislate), but I believe it is very possible to correct this and pass the bill on the floor. 

📢 Action: Tell your Senator to oppose the ITL (inexpedient to legislate) motion and support an OTP (ought to pass) motion. Contact your senator.
