Legislative Update Week of March 31st, 2025

I’m super excited to report the following wins for liberty, which we could not have accomplished without your support! This past week was so successful we sent Melissa on vacation to refresh and get ready for crossover, which is when our successful bills will be sent to the Senate. Historically, success in the Senate has been difficult because of the power of special interests. The good news is this: YOU are a now special interest for liberty by working through this organization. Thank you! That being said, we will still need your support more than ever as this year’s session goes into its next phase, both through your continued activism and your generous donations.

Here’s the short version: Every RebuildNH supported bill passed this week and the one opposed bill is functionally dead!

SB 96, requiring disclosure from schools to parents about any and all matters relating to their children, passed the N.H. Senate!
HB 548, prohibiting the state of New Hampshire and its political subdivisions from enforcing mandates from the WHO, WEF, and the UN, passed the N.H. House!
HB 679, banning the state from mandating any vaccine that doesn’t prevent transmission, passed the N.H. House!
HB 548, allowing for direct payment and membership based hospitals and clinics, passed the N.H. House! Let’s break out of the medical insurance cartel system!
HB 358 passed the N.H. House, clarifying that religious exemptions for vaccine requirements are nothing more than a simple statement signature by the parent or guardian.
⭐ HB 357, eliminating rule-making authority over the N.H. vaccine schedule, passed the N.H. House!
⭐ HB 446 passed the N.H. House! This bill requires affirmative parental consent for ALL non-academic surveys including the CDC Youth Risk Behavior Survey.
⭐ HB 361, prohibiting mandatory mask policies in schools passed the N.H. House!
⭐ The N.H. House tabled HB 553 almost unanimously, which would have stripped parents of the presumption of innocence and opened the door to bureaucratic overreach into your home, your family decisions, and your children’s upbringing. We will still need to make sure this bill dies on the table, but it is functionally dead!

Please Support Rebuild NH In the Senate

Here are the upcoming action items for this week:

Senate Health & Human Services Committee
LOB 101
SUPPORT – HB 117
This free market healthcare bill allows for biosimilars substitutions in prescribing medications, which has the potential to reduce pharmaceutical prices. This is the same bill that was defeated last year by Big Pharma lobbyists in the Senate because it will cut into their profits.
