This bill makes Education Freedom Accounts available universally.
RebuildNH supports the idea of universal school choice, and we have never supported the current system of income based school choice. While we have some issues with the structure of administration of the program, we still believe that this is a transformational policy necessary to reform and improve education in New Hampshire.
