Several RebuildNH priority bills are being heard this week before the N.H. Senate Health and Human Services Committee. Your voice matters — please take a moment to register your support and email the committee for each bill below.
Before we get to that — we have big news from the House floor. Thanks in large part to advocates like YOU, seven of our priority bills passed the House and are now heading to the Senate: HB1378, HB1022, HB1071, HB1117, HB1219, HB1449, and HB1562. That is a massive win, and it wouldn’t have happened without you.
But we have to be honest with you about CACR24. This constitutional amendment — which would have enshrined the fundamental right of parents to direct the education of their children in the New Hampshire Constitution — fell short of the required 3/5ths supermajority. Why? Because not a single Democrat voted for it. Not one.
The battle moves to the Senate. Now is the time to make your voice heard.
