The Good and the Bad News…
I always start with the good news. HB230, limiting the authority of town health officers, HB227, closing loopholes so that all therapists need to be licensed including those in public schools, and HB358 fixing the religious exemption form for vaccines so that a parent can make a simple written statement with signature, are all headed to the governor’s desk.
Now for the bad news…
Senator Keith Murphy is our hero of the week for pulling HB357 off of the consent calendar and being the only Senator to fight for it on the floor. He couldn’t even obtain a roll call vote. You all did a great job at pounding the Senators about this medical freedom bill, so they felt the need to twist themselves into pretzels making ridiculous arguments to excuse what they actually did: voted to allow Fauci-like bureaucrats to mandate vaccines on your children. If you want details of their arguments, listen to my “director’s report”. I do not appreciate having my intelligence insulted and that is the only way to interpret their nonsensical arguments. Luckily, this bill lives on in HB2, and now SB60. It will continue to be added onto Senate priority bills until the Senate understands how important it is to cut off bureaucratic control of mandated vaccines. I plan to fight this until the end.
Speaking of bills that will be added to Senate priority bills… HB548, was voted inexpedient to legislate on the consent calendar as well. This free market healthcare bill is a top priority for many liberty groups in the state and it is shameful that Senate GOP members sided with hospital lobbyists hell bent on protecting their government created monopoly instead of creating solutions to drive down your healthcare costs. Hopefully it is pulled from consent and has better luck on the floor than HB357 did this week. It will also be added to senate priority bills with HB357. I warned the Senate that I’m not playing.
HB584, the anti-globalist act, was also voted inexpedient to legislate on the consent calendar. I will try to get it pulled off as well for a floor fight. I was at the hearing and I could tell that Senator Gannon, the chair of Senate Judiciary Committee, thought the threat of globalist overreach was fake, despite me warning him that the United States might have pulled out of the World Health Organization, but we are still subject to the pandemic treaty we have with them that is constantly under threat of being amended to include vaccine mandates, surveillance measures, and quarantine requirements. For more information on the threats of this treaty, view Dr. Kat Lindley’s testimony from last year.
Please donate today to help us make the public aware of the disturbing betrayals of the NH Senate.

Tell your Senator the following:
I expect you to pull HB548 and HB584 off the consent calendar, oppose the ITL motion, support these bills, and roll call both. HB548 is a free market healthcare solution to reduce our healthcare costs and HB584 would protect us from the overreach and threat of mandates from the WHO pandemic treaty.
And please shame them (not Senator Keith Murphy- please thank him for helping us) for not supporting HB357 and voting to allow Fauci-like bureaucrats to mandate vaccines on children.
