We heard nothing but glittering generalities from the representatives yesterday.
I don’t think the supremacy clause applies here; a medical mandate from the executive bureaucracy is not a law passed by the federal legislature nor is it a power expressly delegated to the executive in the constitution.

I disagree on one point: when an illegal statute is upheld, the state legislature has the duty to nullify it. Yes the federal constitution is supreme law of the land, but it doesn’t mean they rule absolutely.
Any progress on removing masks from the schools? It’s BEYOND absurd at this point.
