Ballot question, girls-only sports action item, and the FLCCC in NH

The following question will appear on the ballot this year:

“Are you in favor of amending article 78 of the second part of the constitution to read as follows: [Art.] 78. [Judges and Sheriffs, when Disqualified by Age.] No person shall hold the office of sheriff of any county, after the person has attained the age of seventy years. No person shall hold the office of judge of any court after the person has attained the age of seventy-five years.”

RebuildNH is suggesting to vote no to this constitutional amendment.

Currently judges have a mandatory retirement age of 70. This amendment would increase the age to 75.

In New Hampshire, judges are un-elected positions with frankly, not enough oversight and accountability. We at RebuildNH do not believe we should be lengthening the time that a person may hold any un-elected position and so we are recommending to vote against this ballot question.

On July 19, 2024, Governor Sununu signed HB1205 into law. HB1205 requires schools to designate athletics by sex and prohibits biological males from participating in female sports.

Families of two transgender students sued the state of New Hampshire over this new law. A preliminary injunction was granted in U.S. District Court on behalf of Parker Tirrell and Iris Tumelle. Both students continue to play in female sports.

Maelle Jacques, a biological boy, is another transgender student who attends school in Kearsarge. Maelle was not part of the lawsuit and was not granted an injunction and yet the school board, in direct violation of the law, voted to allow Maelle to continue playing in girls soccer this season.

The Attorney General must step in and enforce the law, but he has not.

Contact the Attorney General

We are asking that you call the AG's office Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday this week and read the following statement:

Kearsarge school board has voted to allow a biological male to compete on the girl's soccer team in defiance of the law created by HB1205. I would like the Attorney General to take action against Kearsarge for violating state law.

The hero doctors at Front Line COVID Critical Care have been invaluable resources in the fight against the disastrous COVID response.

The NH House has a committee to investigate this COVID response. Their report is due next month, and so far, they have had incredible testimonies from Aaron Siri, Dr. Martin Kulldorff, Stephen Petty, and others.

We are happy to share that the FLCCC is sending a doctor to NH to attend a hearing Friday morning to share about the devastating and tragic issues with correctly treating covid in and out of the hospital. Dr. Jordan Vaughn will join the House Special Committee on Covid Efficacy Response on Friday at 10 am. You can watch it here.
