⭐ SUPPORT – HB 1022

Religious freedom is a cornerstone of our liberties. No person should be compelled to act against their sincerely held religious beliefs in matters of medical decisions. HB 1022 protects religious exemptions from immunization requirements and ensures New Hampshire families are not forced to choose between their faith and participation in public life.

⭐ SUPPORT – HB 1071

No health care facility should be permanently shielded from accountability for decisions that harmed patients. HB 1071 repeals the legal immunity granted to health care facilities that followed COVID-19 emergency directives — restoring the right of patients to seek justice. No emergency should strip citizens of their right to legal recourse.

⭐ SUPPORT – HB 1219

Every child deserves a safe and nurturing home. HB 1219 addresses immunization requirements in foster family homes, ensuring that overly rigid mandates do not unnecessarily limit the pool of qualified families willing to open their homes to children in need.
