HB 1022 protects religious exemptions from immunization requirements and ensures New Hampshire families are not forced to choose between their faith and participation in public life.

No health care facility should be permanently shielded from accountability for decisions that harmed patients. HB 1071 repeals the legal immunity granted to health care facilities that followed COVID-19 emergency directives — restoring the right of patients to seek justice. No emergency should strip citizens of their right to legal recourse.
